Well it’s May 2012 and that event is just around the corner! Whatever your personal opinion about the Olympics is, there’s no denying its a fantastic opportunity for Christians everywhere to get involved in sports-related outreach and spread the good news of Jesus Christ, His ultimate victory over sin and death.

We have a vast array of sports resources designed to reach children, young people and their families in stock and you can view a sample selection below.

One Life. What’s it all about?

If you are interested in finding out more about the Christian faith or have friends who have questions about Christianity why not come and join us on seven Thursday evenings where you can find out more with more with other interested people over a cup of tea and cake.

Easter Opening Hours

New music for Easter!

Just a quick update to let you know about some great new music that has come our way recently!

Brand new in stock is ‘Center of it All’ the latest album by Desperation Band. The CD features 13 worship songs that challenge and inspire us to place God in His rightful place, in the centre of our lives, as we worship Him. If you like Matt Redman or Chris Tomlin you may well like this, check out the single ‘Wonderful’ below.

For those of you who like Celtic inspired worship we have a new triple CD box-set ‘The Best Celtic Worship album in the World Ever!’ that contains songs by Robin Mark, Stuart Townend, Cathy Burton, Kristyn Getty and Eoghan Heaslip amongst others. Currently £2 off the RRP when bought in-store.

For a more anthemic rock sound try ‘Heal Our Land’ which is Planetshakers most recent release and includes both a CD and DVD. If you’re a fan of Hillsong albums, or the Soul Survivor live albums then you should like this! You can hear a track from the album below.

Other great new albums recently released include the excellent ‘Homemade Worship by Handmade People’ by Rend Collective Experiment which gives mixes a modern worship sound with a strong folk influence, and the fresh sounding acoustic ‘Loft Sessions’ by Bethel Church.

The DVD is now in stock and you can watch the trailer below. There is also a novel that accompanies the film.

Now we are back to our usual opening hours we thought we’d let you know about our exciting news!

From 16th- 28th January we are having a massive SALE on a huge range of selected products in-store. We are hoping to have something for everyone so please pop down during those weeks and have a browse!

Don’t worry, we’re not about to shut up shop, in fact just the opposite; we are hoping to put a brand new stock system into place in February and so we thought it’d be a great idea to clear the shelves of some old favourites and hidden treasures along the way!
